Monthly recurring commissions
Agency partners earn monthly recurring commission on all active locations. Commission is on recurring paid services only — not transaction fees, one-time setup, or ad spend.

Agency partner FAQ
Is there a minimum number of locations to join?
No minimum. You can start with one client location and build from there. Your commission tier increases automatically as your portfolio grows.
Is the platform fee refundable?
The platform fee is month-to-month. Cancel anytime. There is no long-term commitment for the agency membership itself.
Can I white-label the platform?
Yes. We offer a white-label option where your clients see your agency brand. The "Powered by EZ ONE Hub" attribution can be co-branded or configured per your agreement.
Do I manage my clients' accounts or does EZ ONE Hub?
EZ ONE Hub manages the platform work — ads, campaigns, content, reputation. You manage the client relationship. You are the face; we are the engine.
What happens to my commission if a client downgrades their package?
Your commission is based on the active package price. If a client downgrades, your commission adjusts to the new package price. If they upgrade, it increases accordingly.
Can I refer locations outside CT and MA?
Yes. We serve all 50 states at the same pricing and commission structure.
How do I track my commissions?
Your agency dashboard shows all active locations, their package, monthly recurring value, and your commission — updated monthly.
