Do I pay for Facebook/Instagram ads separately?
Yes. When you're on EZ Build or EZ Scale, your ad budget goes directly to Facebook/Instagram. We set up and manage the campaigns — you fund the ads. Most clients start with $300–500/month in ad spend. We'll recommend a budget based on your goals.
What does "our team manages it" actually mean?
We set everything up, write your campaigns, respond to reviews, create your social content, monitor your ad results, and make adjustments — all without you having to do anything. You'll approve major decisions, but the day-to-day work is ours.
Is there a contract?
EZ Start and EZ Build are month-to-month — cancel anytime. EZ Scale has a 3-month minimum (setup takes time to see full results). EZ Elite has a 6-month minimum.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your customer data is yours. We export everything and hand it over before closing your account. No hostages.
Is the $2.50 order fee taken from my revenue?
No. It's a convenience fee charged to your customers at checkout — like the fee you see on delivery apps. You keep 100% of the order value (minus standard payment processing at 3.5% + $0.30 per transaction).
What's included in the free trial?
Full access to every module in your package for 30 days. We set it up for you. No credit card until you decide to continue — and we call before the trial ends to review results with you.
I have multiple locations. Do I pay for each?
Yes, with volume discounts starting at 3 locations. Contact us for EZ Elite pricing.
Do I need to be in CT or MA?
No. We serve businesses across all 50 states at the same price. In-person setup visits are available in CT and MA for a one-time $299 fee.
