Information you provide: Business name, address, phone number, and email when creating a location account. Payment information processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers. Profile information for platform users (name, email, role).

Information collected automatically: Usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps), device and browser information, and IP address.

Customer data we process on your behalf: When you use EZ ONE Hub, you may provide us with information about your customers (names, phone numbers, email addresses, order history). We process this data solely to provide you the platform services you have requested. We do not sell, share, or use your customers' data for our own marketing purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Customer data processed on your behalf is retained as long as you maintain your subscription. You may request deletion at any time.

Location sites ({slug}.ezonehub.com) may include tracking pixels configured by the individual business owner. Each business owner is responsible for their own tracking disclosures.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted data storage, access controls and authentication, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Our platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
