Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the EZ ONE Hub platform operated by EZ ONE LLC ("EZ ONE," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
EZ ONE Hub is a business growth platform for local restaurants, retail stores, and professional service businesses. The platform includes tools for customer acquisition, retention, digital presence, and analytics.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate, complete information
- Be authorized to operate the business you register
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
3. Subscription and Payment
- You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Your subscription continues until you cancel
To cancel, contact info@ezonehub.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Collect customer data without proper consent and disclosure
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Interfere with the platform's operation
- Misrepresent your business or its products and services
5. Customer Data
When you use features that collect customer information, you are responsible for obtaining necessary consents, complying with applicable privacy laws, and handling customer deletion requests. EZ ONE processes customer data on your behalf as a data processor. You are the data controller for your customers' information.
6. Intellectual Property
EZ ONE retains all rights to the platform. You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant EZ ONE a limited license to use your business name and logo solely to provide the Service.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
EZ ONE's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. EZ ONE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for Terms violations. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then deleted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfield County, CT.
11. Changes to Terms
We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
