Terms of Service

EZ ONE Hub is a managed SaaS platform designed for independent restaurants and food-service businesses, primarily operating in Connecticut and Massachusetts. The platform provides tools for managing digital advertising (via Meta and Google), syncing business profile data, displaying performance analytics, managing customer loyalty, and streamlining marketing operations — all in a single dashboard.

EZ ONE Hub is a business-to-business service. It is not a consumer product. Access is granted solely to authorized business accounts.

To use EZ ONE Hub, you must:

• Be a business owner, operator, or an authorized manager of a registered business
• Be at least 18 years of age — EZ ONE Hub is not intended for personal use or use by minors
• Have the legal authority to bind your business to these Terms and to authorize connections to third-party platforms (Meta, Google) on the business's behalf
• Provide accurate and complete business information during registration

Personal accounts, individual consumer use, and use by individuals without a business purpose are not permitted.

• You must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information about your business
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately at info@ez1solutions.com of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

EZ ONE Hub connects to Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Business Profile, Analytics, Ads) on your behalf using OAuth authorization. When you authorize these connections:

• You represent that you have the authority to grant EZ ONE Hub access to the connected Meta Pages, Ad Accounts, and Google Business Profiles you select.
• You may only connect business assets that you own or for which you have explicit written authorization from the asset owner.
• You agree not to use EZ ONE Hub's platform access to violate Meta's Terms of Service, Meta's Advertising Policies, Google's Terms of Service, or any other platform policy applicable to the connected accounts.
• You may disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Integrations within EZ ONE Hub, or directly from the respective platform's business settings.

You agree to:

• Provide and maintain accurate business information, including current business name, location, and contact details
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Comply with the advertising and content policies of any connected platform (Meta, Google) when creating or approving content through EZ ONE Hub
• Obtain any required customer consents before using platform features that involve customer data collection (e.g., loyalty programs, email marketing)
• Not attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the platform
• Not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or content that is false, misleading, or deceptive

For data your business collects through EZ ONE Hub (such as customer loyalty information), you are the data controller and EZ ONE acts as your data processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for collecting and processing that data.

For data retrieved from Meta and Google on your behalf (page insights, ad metrics, business profile data), EZ ONE acts as a processor under your authorization. That data is used solely to provide the dashboard features you have requested and is not used for EZ ONE's own marketing or shared with unrelated third parties.

• By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on file
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice before the change takes effect
• Your subscription remains active until you cancel or we terminate your account

To cancel your subscription, contact us at info@ez1solutions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

EZ ONE retains all rights, title, and interest in the EZ ONE Hub platform, software, and all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant EZ ONE a limited, non-exclusive license to use your business name, logo, and connected account data solely as necessary to provide the platform services described in these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to EZ ONE Hub immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms
• You violate the terms or policies of a connected platform (Meta, Google) in connection with your use of EZ ONE Hub
• Your payment method fails and is not resolved within 7 days
• We are required to do so by law or by a directive from Meta, Google, or another platform partner
• We determine your use poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform or other users

Either party may also terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EZ ONE's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to EZ ONE in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

EZ ONE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, even if EZ ONE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

EZ ONE is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of Meta, Google, or any other third-party platform we integrate with.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of EZ ONE Hub after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
