Third-party apps like DoorDash and Uber Eats charge 15–30% commission on every order. EZ ONE Hub takes zero commission — here's how it works.

Your ordering page

We build you a branded ordering page linked to your domain. Customers visit your page, browse your menu, and place orders directly — no app required, no third-party in the middle.

The $2.50 convenience fee

A $2.50 convenience fee is charged to the customer at checkout — not to you. This covers payment processing and platform costs. You keep 100% of the order value.

How orders reach you

Orders come in via your choice of:

  • A tablet in your kitchen with audio alerts
  • A receipt printer (auto-print)
  • Your existing POS system (integration required)
  • Email notifications

Frequently asked questions

Can I set my own delivery zones?

Yes. You can set pickup-only, delivery zones by radius, or specific zip codes. We configure this during onboarding.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported on mobile devices.

Who handles refunds?

You do, through your manager dashboard. Refunds are processed back to the customer's card within 3–5 business days.
