EZ ONE Hub uses simple monthly billing with no long-term contracts. Here's everything you need to know.
Monthly subscription
Your subscription is billed monthly on the same date each month. Packages start at:
- EZ Presence: Free (no monthly fee)
- EZ Start: $297/month
- EZ Build: $597/month
- EZ Scale: $997/month
Transaction fees
EZ ONE Hub charges zero commission on orders. A $2.50 convenience fee is charged directly to the customer at checkout — not deducted from your revenue.
Upgrading or downgrading
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime by contacting your account manager or submitting a request through your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime with no penalty. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Frequently asked questions
How do I view my invoices?
Log in to your manager dashboard at manager.ezonehub.com and navigate to Billing. All invoices are downloadable as PDFs.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx). ACH bank transfers available on request for annual plans.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee for any EZ ONE Hub package.
