How our team creates your coupons

During onboarding, we set up your first coupon campaign. You tell us the offer — we handle the rest. Common first coupons include:

How customers access coupons

Customers can receive and redeem coupons via:

• SMS or email (sent by our marketing campaigns)
• QR code at your counter or on receipts
• Your ordering page (embedded banner)
• Social media link

Tracking redemptions

Every redemption is tracked in your manager dashboard. You can see how many were sent, how many were redeemed, and the revenue generated.

Frequently asked questions

Can I set an expiry date?

Yes. Every coupon can have a custom expiry date, usage limit (e.g. one per customer), and minimum order value.

Can I run multiple coupons at the same time?

Yes. You can have different coupons running for different segments — new customers, returning customers, specific days, etc.

How do I request a new coupon?

Email your account manager or submit a request through your manager dashboard. We typically create and launch new coupons within 24 hours.
